Message: I give it a 4 due to I've had a few issues with being able to move into my home. The management is cool but I feel like they rushed to put a lot of the new Mobile homes together and didn't take their time to make sure the homes were ready to be rented out.

Message: The new manager is very nice. She made us felt at home and welcome. She keeps her word when getting back to you. The neighborhood is quit. The only thing I don't like is that I'm paying for trash when nobody is coming around picking up the trash including the trash bags. Don't get me wrong the neighborhoods very clean.
