Message: Absolutely love Christine and Adam Blake Properties! We were tenants for 3 years; only leaving because of a job transfer out of state. Christine was great to work with and took care of any issue that arose immediately. Matter of fact, the day we moved in, the dishwasher broke. She was out of the country and still had it replaced within 3 days. There was even a time, during the heat of the summer, that one of the air conditioners went out on a Sunday. She was willing to pay extra for someone to come service the A/C on the weekend. It was awesome knowing that if something happened it would be taken care of in a reasonable and timely manner. Even though we were renting, we still treated the home just like it was a home we owned. We made sure when we moved out that the house was in excellent condition (like the day we moved in), and we got 100% of our deposit back! Christine truly understands there will be wear and tear, and doesn't penalize you like some companies do. My biggest piece of advice to anyone reading this review: if you are renting, then take care of the property you are renting or don't complain when you don't get a full refund of your deposit. If you take care of the property, your efforts will pay off.. Thank you Christine and Adam Blake Properties! Y'all were great! We have recommended your company multiple times to others at our job and will continue to do so! You are the best in the Charlotte region. You are a big company with small town care!
